Focus Consultants Associate Mike Lee recently took part in the Great Nottinghamshire Bike Ride, successfully completing the event for the fourth time.

Mike chose the 50-mile Friar Tuck route, which headed south out of West Bridgford and meandered through the countryside, taking in places like Ruddington, Keyworth, Cotgrave, Harby, Redmile, Cropwell Bishop and Radcliffe on Trent. He finished four and a half hours later.

The Great Nottingham Bike Ride first took place in 1982 with 250 riders and has grown over the years to be a major cycling event for people of all abilities and has raised significant funds for charities.

Next year’s event takes place on 14th June 2020.
