Up to 160 low energy homes are planned stretching from Trent Bridge to Colwick Park. The nine acre site along waterside frontage with attractive views over the River Trent to Lady Bay and is just a ten minute cycle ride from the city centre. The area is the focus of major redevelopment proposals planned as a catalyst for change.
Trent Basin will provide homes with a mix of contemporary quality and low energy costs. The development will provide mainly 3 to 4 bed homes with a mix of contemporary quality and low energy costs.
Phase 1 (£26 million) of 45 homes has completed on budget and to programme.
Phase 2 (£7 million) is due to complete in the summer of 2019 with the first plots already handed over. The development will break the mould for edge of town waterside developments in English cities.
Focus are appointed as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent, and Sustainability Advisor (HQI) as part of the team assembled by Nottingham based developer, Blueprint.
