Focus has long standing expertise and experience of working with faith groups - to repair and develop historic buildings, forge community links and take forward economic and social inclusion projects.
We have put faith at the centre of the funding agenda - through securing grants of over £5 million for projects as far apart as St Martha's the Housewife Hope Centre in Nottingham and the Thornbury Centre at St Margaret's Bradford, which physically rebuilt the Church after collapse through subsidence. We have particular expertise in supporting Quinquennial Reviews and informing long term asset management strategies for church councils, dioceses and charitable bodies.
We have particular strengths in conserving and interpreting historically important buildings including Rochester Cathedral, Peterborough Cathedral and the Bishops and Old Palaces Lincoln.
