Grace Swan Health Clinic, Spilsby, £70,000: the provision of works to replace the existing heating system. The works consist of the replacement of the existing boiler plant, the associated external flue and isolated repairs and replacements to the existing distribution system.
Stamford Bluecoats Health Centre, £40,000: replacement of UPVC windows and doors.
Bourne Health Clinic, £300,000: complete re-roofing, internal alterations, general refurbishment and external repairs to selected areas of the existing clinic to provide clinical consultation rooms to meet current health standards.
Riverside Health Centre, Sleaford, £35,000: internal improvements to the Health Centre. The refurbishments were made to ensure the clinic meets current health standards.
Ravendale Health Clinic, £32,000: redesign the access and reception area and for the refurbishment of the main entrance together with general health and safety improvements and electrical works.
