The new housing is the result of a partnership between Waterloo Housing Group and East Lindsey District Council, with grant support from the Homes and Communities Agency.

Value: £6.3 million

Focus were appointed for the design and construction of 66 units off Brackenborough Rd Louth for affordable housing to meet the standards of:

Housing Quality Indicator’s
CABE Building for Life
HHSRS – Crowding and Space Guidance.

The £7 million development also included roads, drainage, hard standing and quality landscaped areas.
