Focus were appointed by Huntingdonshire District Council to refurbish and improve the swimming pool and changing village at One Leisure St Neots. Focus advised on the interior design and finishes by attending a sample meeting, producing mood boards, 3D sketches, and collating sample schedules.
As well as administering the Contract, Focus carried out weekly inspections and liaised with the client and contractor daily to ensure works were on track, dealing with problems such as the discovery of unknown air vents and replacing corroded steel columns.
Works were completed just in time for the swimming pool to reopen for the summer holidays, attracting positive feedback from local people. After this successful completion we then took forward the refurbishment and alterations to the Burgess Hall in St. Ives.
