As lead Retrofit Consultant for Nottingham’s Deep Retrofit Energy Efficiency Model (DREeM) project, we played a pivotal role in the delivery of Phases 3 and 4 of this ambitious, ERDF-funded initiative. Targeting 101 to 115 residential properties, the project aims to create a scalable, replicable model for deep retrofit, significantly advancing energy efficiency. The DREeM project represents a significant advancement in deep retrofitting, showing how strategic planning and adaptability can drive sustainability and efficiency in residential housing.

Our role involved structuring the program to maximise outcomes within budget constraints, developing comprehensive specifications, and managing contractor procurement. Throughout the project we ensured effective management of both project delivery and budget, keeping stakeholders updated and assisting with business case development, including RHI claims and the Comfort Plan.
