This International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we’re celebrating the incredible contributions of women in STEM and we’re proud to showcase the exceptional women who are shaping the future of the built environment.

Two of our partners, Heather Frecklington and Eleanor Clarke, have carved out remarkable careers, earning their places at the forefront of their fields. Eleanor, who opened our London office over 11 years ago, has become a powerful role model for women in construction and project management, inspiring many to pursue leadership roles in STEM industries and Heather has led the Economic Research team delivering meaningful change for over 20 years, becoming one of much sought after experts in her field.

We’re also thrilled to celebrate the recent promotions of Florence Andrews and Jessica Roylance two outstanding team members who have been elevated to Principal Associate roles to help drive the business forward. Their dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence have earned them these well-deserved positions, reflecting our emphasis on fostering talent and supporting career growth.

We’re passionate about empowering women to thrive in STEM based roles, whether apprentices such as Kaelah Kavanagh, recent graduates like our newest team member Grace Boatfield, experienced professionals, or those returning to work. Our culture promotes inclusivity with tailored support including professional development courses, and hands-on project experience. Supporting this vision, our key partnerships with institutions like Nottingham Trent University enables us to connect with those at the start of their STEM journey through graduate schemes and apprenticeships.
