The Focus team recently swapped their desks and laptops for assault courses and climbing towers as we took part in a team away day at the amazing at Forest Facility near Stamford.

From axe throwing and spy hunts to scaling climbing towers and battling it out in laser tag, the day was full of challenges that pushed us out of our comfort zones and gave us the chance to reconnect in a different environment.

Away days like this provide opportunities to strengthen trust, communication, problem solving skills and teamwork as we cheered each other on and worked together to reach a shared goal.

The day reinforced what we already know: when we support each other, push boundaries, and celebrate achievements together, we deliver better results—not just for ourselves, but for our clients too.

Seeing the laughter, teamwork, and encouragement between colleagues reminded us why we’re proud to be part of Team Focus and why investing in our team is key to our success.

We also want to thank the amazing staff at Forest Facility who organised the activities making sure they were inclusive, fun and memorable. Who knows, maybe we’ll be back next year!
