Focus Supporting Vital Regeneration Project at Rosegarth Square and Crown House

Focus are proud to play a key role in the transformation of Boston Town Centre. Currently working as Contract Administrator on the demolition of the Former B&M Building and Crown House, these enabling works are a crucial step in unlocking new development opportunities that will bring significant improvements to the local area.

As part of the wider rejuvenation of Rosegarth Square, we are providing Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Employer’s Agent, and Clerk of Works services to Boston Borough Council for the new mixed-use development at Crown House. This ambitious scheme includes 18 one-bedroom apartments and four commercial units on the ground floor. Along with landscaping, parking and cycle storage all designed to enhance the vibrancy and economic activity of the town centre.

The team were delighted to secure planning permission in January. Given that the design team only commenced work in September 2024, progressing to RIBA Stage 4 designs within just six months is a remarkable achievement for both the Client and the wider consultant team. Our next steps include finalising contractual matters, with the aim of entering into contract before the end of April 2025.

This fast-moving project exemplifies Focus’ commitment to delivering high-quality developments for our clients.

We look forward to seeing this exciting scheme take shape and contributing to the long-term success of the area, as we continue to work closely with the project team to drive this project forward.
