To conclude our 30 Years in 30 Days feature, Managing Partner, Jason Redfearn, gives us his thoughts on the success of Focus and what lies ahead.

“The last 30 years have taught us that our core values and beliefs are strong, they underpin our services and approach which have served us well, and when you look at what really delivers our approach, it is our people. Some have moved on and some have sadly left us, but they made us, and they continue to reflect who we are.

We are committed, professional, commercial, intelligent, we don’t lack humour but equally we know when to be serious, and we recognise that people rely upon us to do our job, and always try to do it well.

 So, despite economic challenges, technological changes, and other clouds that will inevitably gather, we won’t forget how we got here, why we are successful and continue to be a place where we nurture people’s talent, their ideas and match those with the services we deliver.
