If you’ve been following our #30Yearsin30Days journey or have had the opportunity to work with us before, you will know that we attribute a large part of our success to our incredible team. Over the years, we’ve built a culture that values their hard work and dedication and we endeavour to regularly express our gratitude and celebrate our joint success.

From annual company walks to Christmas meals, escape room challenges, and social events throughout the year, our teams from the Nottingham, Leicester, and London offices come together to celebrate, have fun and meet up with colleagues from across our different divisions.

Here’s what team member, George Jones, who has been integral to organising some of these events had to say “Focus have long been building a culture that encourages us to see each other as more than simply colleagues. I think we are rather lucky to actually enjoy each other’s company, and Focus certainly value personal relationships as much as professional ones. Despite growing all the time, we seem to attract genuinely interesting, talented and friendly people across all of our offices, and meeting up with everyone is regularly the highlight of my year – I am not ashamed to say that I love the people I work with!”
