As we step into a new year, it’s the perfect moment to pause and reflect on what has been another successful twelve months.

For Focus, 2025 has been a year of continued momentum and progress, and despite a challenging market, we have continued to grow steadily – focussing on providing our core services well and expanding our client base. This approach has underpinned strong performance across the business and reinforces our commitment to long-term, sustainable growth.

Our people remain at the heart of everything we achieve. Over the past year, we’ve welcomed talented new colleagues while continuing to see our team go above and beyond supporting one another, rising to challenges, and delivering exceptional results for our clients. This collective effort is the foundation of our success, and we are immensely proud of the dedication and collaboration that make Focus what it is.

Throughout the year, we’ve had the privilege of working on a wide range of major projects across multiple sectors, including:

• Project Managing the creation of new operating theatres and emergency units at University Hospital Lewisham
• Supporting Lidl in their sustainable growth across the UK
• Managing major procurement drives for clients across the heritage sector including Jumbo Water Tower and South East Arts London
• Strengthening our relationship with several local authorities across the Midlands delivering regeneration projects and capital programmes

Other highlights include completion of The Harris project, NLHF funding success for the Heritage at HTH project at Holy Trinity Hastings and for Abingdon Abbey plus completion of The Nightingale Quarter development for Wavensmere Homes.

Looking ahead, we cannot ignore how rapidly the world is changing, industries are transforming, redefining how businesses operate, and accelerating innovation at an unprecedented pace. For us, this means embracing technology thoughtfully and ensuring we remain agile, informed, and ready to adapt. Staying ahead in this evolving landscape will be critical to maintaining the quality and value our clients expect.

Equally important is attracting and nurturing young talent into our industry. The next generation brings fresh ideas, digital fluency, and a new perspective on sustainability and technology. This commitment to excellence and leadership is exemplified by Kevin Osbon, one of Focus’s founding Partners, who was recently awarded an MBE for his outstanding contribution to the industry.
