We’re proud to share that we have successfully purchased Gold Standard–certified carbon offsets totalling 8 tonnes of CO₂e, covering all residual Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions for 2024–25 across our operations. Gold Standard projects represent the highest standard of integrity, transparency and impact and we have selected two low carbon wind and solar technology projects, which help avoid fossil fuel use for power generation. We feel this is a fitting and relevant route for a company that champions use of low carbon technology in the built environment.

This step reflects our ongoing commitment to responsible climate action and forms an important part of our wider Carbon Reduction Plan, ensuring that any unavoidable emissions are balanced with high‑quality, independently verified climate projects.
