I am in control of all things financial including payroll, management information on cashflow and profitability.

Starting with Focus in 2005 as the Accounts Administrator I quickly turned my hand to most things, taking on day-to-day maintenance and property management as well as streamlining procedures around human resources and fleet management. Now managing a small team and working closely with the Partners, I also nurture supplier and client relations and implement HR procedures.

During my time with Focus I have seen many changes as this great team of people has steadily grown into the vibrant company and market leader it is today.
