I ensure the smooth running of the administration functions across all Focus offices, heading up a team of multi-skilled administrators, implementing all Focus standards and maintaining the quality of our documentation.  I am also responsible for maintaining our various accreditations, working with the wider management team – this includes ISO, Constructionline and Cyber essentials as well as reporting on our appointments to professional services Frameworks.

Being the front face of Focus, myself and my team pride ourselves on making a good first impression and developing strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues alike.
