I started with Focus in August 2021 and was delighted to be promoted to Associate level in June 2026. As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in a busy team, I am fortunate to be involved on projects in different sectors, including new build and refurbishment, retrofit and healthcare where my strong post-contract skills are needed to ensure that projects remain within the client’s budget.

As part of my role, I very much enjoy building strong relationships with the client and wider project team and utilising my Quantity Surveying skills to contribute to the successful delivery of a project. I am particularly proud to be working on retrofit projects which are not only contributing to a sustainable future but also improving the quality and comfort of people’s homes.

Working at Focus provides me with opportunities to further my career and relish the challenge of working on complex and exciting projects and I find it especially rewarding seeing projects which I have been involved with from the very start reach completion.
