While demonstrations and sales of new agricultural and ground care machinery will be the central role of the building, it will also act as the hub from which Amazone can deliver pre and post sales customer care.

As part of the BREEAM assessor role, Focus provided regular updates on the evidence collation progress, for both the Design Stage and Post Construction Stage assessments, in order to ensure evidence was gathered in a timely manner, and to remind the project team of the BREEAM objectives set for the development.

Additioanlly, Focus were appointed to complete the non-domestic energy assessment for Part L compliance and therefore provide a one stop shop for the sustainability services required. This allowed for smooth communication between BREEAM and energy assessors that assisted in both assessments.
