The development at Bramshall Meadows comprises a number of mixed-tenure homes across multiple phases, with both out right sale and affordable properties offered. The development aims to provided much needed homes that benefit from the nearby conveniences of a market town, with numerous green spaces incorporated into the development for the wellbeing of the residents.
Focus provided Part L energy assessor services, assessing the construction build up of the development, ensuring it met the strict building regulation standards, and provided completion EPCs for each property. Focus also completed Air Leakage testing services, individually testing each property to ensure they meet the targets sets out as designed that also fall under the Part L bracket.
The project was very successful for both Focus and St Modwen Homes. Properties continued to meet the required building regulation standards and the construction has provided much sought-after properties within the region.
