Focus undertook multiple roles at a student accommodation scheme being built on the site of the former Dagfa School in Beeston, Nottingham. The former independent school in Broadgate, which was based around the 18th Century house, was developed by Cassidy Group Nottingham Ltd. The scheme began in the summer and completed in August ready for the start of the academic year.

As part of this development, the existing Dagfa House School has been converted to 12 student rooms with ancillary accommodation for the ground floor. The design and specification are sympathetic to the listed status of the building.

The development consists of 229 beds, a mix of townhouses, clusters and studios. The Grade II* listed building acts as the central hub to the development offering the students amenities such as a cinema room, games room, common room, quiet study and a communal garden terrace.
