Wheatbridge Health Centre was created to meet the growing demand for top-quality medical services in General Practice. The 1.5 acre development serves over 15,000 patients who now benefit from the wide range of NHS services available in an environment which is patient friendly, light and spacious. The Health Village includes a new Surgery for a seven partner practice, dental, physiotherapy and podiatry rooms, pct offices, pharmacy, meeting and training rooms, a café and support space.
The centre is an environmentally sustainable and user friendly facility offering high quality medical services for Chesterfield. The project was the first of a wider regeneration development in the area.
Focus’ appointment required taking stock of the current failing project status, propose measures to remedy deficiencies and move the project forward to a successful completion.
