Focus provided Business Planning and Quantity Surveying services for Boston Manor House in Brentford as part of the early stages of their redevelopment plans. The heritage restoration project entitled “Boston Manor: Engaging with the 21st Century” has restored the manor house to its former glory and removed it from the ‘Heritage at Risk register. The works comprised structural and building repairs, lift installations to improve accessibility and restored rooms previously closed off to the public. Additional offers of a new café and creative business units help equip the manor house to meet modern day needs and provide a sustainable future.

The house, which dates back in parts to 1623, is owned by the London Borough of Hounslow, and is one of the earliest examples of the English Renaissance style.
