Heading up Focus in London and the South East, but working across the country, I enjoy taking the strategic overview of projects, working with clients from the initial idea through to opening the doors and letting users in – be they staff, visitors, students, patients or tenants. This perhaps gives a little insight on the sectors I’m privileged to work across!

Starting out as a chartered quantity surveyor, I soon became too nosey and moved into project management. Problem solving and troubleshooting are particularly satisfying, and I get a kick out of helping clients articulate their vision and objectives to set a clear, robust brief which has to be the underpinning of any successful project.

My main line of work is Programme and Project Management with Contract Administrator and Procurement Strategies, with an enviable track record of delivering high profile, prestigious projects in the cultural and heritage sector. I relish the challenge of delivering projects to exacting requirements within budget and programme.
