Our appointment has included reviewing project design and specifications to identify gaps and determine route to resolve, reviewing procurement processes and strategies to optimise cost-effectiveness and deliverability.
Further responsibilities include monitoring the master program to reflect realistic timelines, implementing robust financial reporting mechanisms, and providing monthly dashboard reporting with proactive risk identification and management throughout the project lifecycle.
Further appointments at the site include converting existing ward accommodation into a Urology Investigation Unit, leading a feasibility study to explore options for an under-used area of the site, and support on P23 processes for the redevelopment of the Urgent Emergency Care centre.
