Enriching lives and inspiring learning will be at the heart of the project which will cast a new light on existing museum, archive and library. Visitors will be encouraged to linger and learn more about the area’s history, learn a new skill, borrow a book and lots more. The Amelia will create a seamless blend of what were previously disconnected council services and in so doing give visitors new insights and richer experiences.

There will be a new temporary exhibition space, with up-to-date facilities, enabling Tunbridge Wells to host exhibitions and build on the town’s reputation as a centre for arts and culture. There will also be catering facilities.

Focus were appointed as Programme Managers managing the various project workstreams together as Fit-out Project Managers/ Quantity Surveyors working alongside the Council, Design Consultants and Fit Out Contractor to deliver this ambitious project.
