I started with Focus in August 2016 and was promoted to senior level in December 2021. As a qualified BREEAM consultant, I work with clients to ensure credit issues are achieved and any technical issues that arise are dealt with swiftly as to not encumber the assessment at a later stage. This has led to the successful completion of a number of projects gaining BREEAM certification.

My skills also extend to co-ordinating Focus’ Performance Testing services including Air Pressure and Acoustic Part E services. Working with some of the UK’s leading developers, I enjoy the challenges of working with clients to resolve urgent issues and the satisfaction of helping them achieve the right results on time to meet their handover deadlines. Our clients value our attention to detail and informative feedback when completing these services, helping to provide a quick turnaround of results.

I also play a large role in the planning support services, helping clients at the early stages of projects through the drafting of Energy and Sustainability statements, supporting their planning applications. I take pleasure in supporting and tailoring their approach to meet the varied needs of Local Authorities, and helping guide them to reduce energy and carbon emissions through their construction.
