I have been a Chartered Building Surveyor since 2011 and provide consultancy support for projects across the entire Focus operational area. Strong communication skills at all levels helps me to act as a key team member in the delivery of our professional construction consultancy services. I offer cost-effective advice to assist with design development and to help clients achieve their project brief.

Extensive experience of specifying and managing large planned maintenance contracts in the social housing sector is crucial to my role, along with the ability to deliver new build housing schemes for both social and private clients. Added to this, I also possess commercial experience from my involvement with the delivery of high level and large reroofing projects on to buildings that cannot be closed due to their critical usage. Diversity of responsibility has also enabled me to deliver numerous complete refurbishment projects and extension / remodelling of commercial properties.
