Having worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, I have considerable experience, particularly in the design and delivery of both new build and refurbishment projects.

I have gained this from working on both public and private sector schemes, having carried out the roles of Project Manager, Building Surveyor, Employer’s Agent, Purchaser’s Agent, Clerk of Works and Contract Administration for various Emergency Services Clients and housing providers.

I have a passion for great design in construction and an eye for detail, which drives me to deliver quality buildings. My preferred projects centre on historic buildings and conversions, where I get a sense of great satisfaction seeing new life being injected into old buildings and saving built environment heritage assets at risk of being lost.
