I’ve been a Senior Project Manager in the Focus London team since June 2016 and have been recently promoted to Associate. With a background in design and then working in the cultural, heritage and regeneration sectors, I have a proven track record of delivering capital projects on time and to budget.

I love working with the team to make sure the brief is right and meets the needs of funders such as the National Lottery Heritage Fund – taking on board strategic planning, governance review, partnership development, funding, interpretation, activity planning, community engagement and business planning. My skills extend to procurement up to OJEU procedures for professional teams and contractors. I also act as contract administrator, producing contract instructions, payment recommendations and final accounts.  I am always conscious of the end users’ experience and not losing site of the overall vision – particularly critical on exhibitions, interpretation and fit out projects on which I have a lot of experience.

I am experienced in working with small churches and volunteer-led charities up to national museums and local authorities – and everything in between on projects from £300k to £50 million!  Working at Focus gives me the opportunity to be involved in a hugely varied portfolio which makes the role really interesting.
