With over 25 years of Project Management experience, I am the Partner that leads the Focus Project Management team in the Nottingham office. Whilst experienced across many sectors, I have a particular specialism in developing and delivering heritage, conservation, restoration and interpretation projects.

My skillset includes strategic and technical project management, where my specialist knowledge includes methods of procurement, risk analysis techniques, cost management and value engineering.  These core skills are supplemented by a proven track record in the provision of master planning, options and feasibilities studies, business planning and governance development, covering all the Create and Deliver services offered by Focus.

I am particularly passionate about the opportunity to work with clients from the initial options and feasibility stages, helping them shape concepts and deliver sustainable projects.
