I have provided consultancy services to a wide range of clients across various sectors ranging from heritage to health, education to industry and infrastructure, with housing, civic centres, and blue light in between.  Through this experience in cost and project management stretching back for more than 30 years, I have developed masterplans and detailed ‘shopping lists’ for all scales of projects as well as delivering a traditional Quantity Surveying role through estimates, the preparation of Bills of Quantities, and dealing with claims.

Through specific training, I have a detailed knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical installations that provides me with an ideal basis to lead Design Teams and ensure projects are developed to budget and with a good balance across the full range of Client priorities.

I pride myself on being a strong communicator, and am well versed in developing and providing client-focussed, open and transparent meeting, reporting, control, risk and value management systems to provide clarity of purpose, responsibility and informative updates to all project participants.
