In my role at Focus I have gained over 15 years of experience with complex heritage, conservation, restoration and interpretation projects, delivering high-profile capital projects of all sizes, frequently funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.  I have extensive experience of strategic project management, shaping project concepts and developing deliverable project models.  My particular skills surround the provision of technical project management and my specialist knowledge extends to methods of procurement, risk analysis techniques, value engineering and analysis. I have a long track record in managing the NLHF’s Development Stage, co-ordinating and preparing successful NLHF Round 2 Applications.

I enjoy the challenges that working on heritage and cultural projects brings and the fact each is unique. It is very rewarding working closely with communities to deliver these landmark projects that will last well into the future.
